Poochalicious Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on merchandise within 14 days of receipt.

  • Be returned with original packaging, tags, and in re sell-able condition
  • Not have been worn, washed or altered in any way
  • Be returned with the original invoice. (where multiple purchases were made a new invoice will be issued to reflect the return)
  • All returns will be refunded less shipping fees, duty (if applicable) and border charges, within 30 days of receipt. A 15% re-stocking fee will also be applied on all returns and exchanges.

Please note:

  • Personalized, special orders, seasonal, pet beds, toys, grooming, Carriers, blankets sanitary items, shoes and sale items are a final sale and not refundable.
  • Damages or omission of any packaging will result in a 25% re-stocking fee.
  • If an in-complete address is provided, and the order has already been shipped, it is considered delivered. If the order is returned (due to an in-complete address), the customer is responsible for the cost of the return postal charges and any new charges to mail the order out again.  If a credit card is not provided (for a re-mail charge), the order will not be shipped, and will be considered delivered. Any items being returned/cancelled will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

Instructions for Returns

Only authorized returns will be accepted. Please contact us via email or toll free at 1-855-557-6624 to obtain a return authorization number and return form. Unauthorized returns will be refused.  A hard copy of the form must be sent with the return.

Please email us with your Invoice Order # and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

Please specify on the return form if you wish to exchange for a different size, colour, or product (include product name and any option specifications). All purchases will be refunded in the original form of payment, less original shipping cost. Shipping costs on return products are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly suggest shipping return items with a tracking number as we are not responsible for any items lost in shipment. 

Refunds & Processing Times

Returns and exchanges are completed within 4 weeks of receiving your package. We will notify you via email with details of your return or exchange along with an issuing invoice. All refunds are issued in the form payment was received, less original shipping cost and re-stocking fees.

Final Sale Items

All personalized, custom made clothing, items purchased on sale or discounted price, seasonal holiday items, shoes, sanitary products, carriers, blankets, toys, grooming, beds and other special order items are not refundable and are final sale.

Due to health regulations we are unable to accept returns/exchanges on grooming & spa care, pet beds, sanitary items, carriers, shoes, blankets and toys.  For shoes, please measure your dogs paw correctly.

Defective or Wrong Item Shipped

To decrease the risk of a product being damaged during shipment, we take pride in inspecting and packaging every item before it leaves our warehouse. However, should an item be damaged during shipment please notify us within 48 hours of receipt to receive an exchange.

Gift Certificates

Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit or cheques.
